Helen Howard

Managing Director

Helen took up the post of Managing Director in July 2015 and is responsible for running the overall business activities of Graham Howard Consulting.

 

This includes the setting of and leading the implementation of the organisational strategy, objectives and targets while managing the organisational operating model.


In addition to her operational and management expertise Helen holds a Batchelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Combined Studies majoring in Geography and is also a qualified primary school teacher. She completed this qualification through the University of Huddersfield Graduate Teacher Training Programme in 2005.

Graham 'Frankie' Howard

Founder & Director

After thirty years in the Royal Navy Submarine service, Frankie turned his attention to education and started the company in 2010.

 

Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration, an advanced Diploma in Management and several other degree level/post-graduate qualifications Frankie put his talent to work and qualified as a further education teacher. 

 

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers Frankie has also completed the L5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, the NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management and qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt This unique combination of qualifications blended with his vast experience has enabled the company to train in many different fields

Tony Hall

Associate Trainer

Upon leaving the British Army after twenty two years service Tony commenced a new career in warehouse and storage, but felt that his calling was firmly biased towards the Security Industry.

 

Starting as a Security Officer, Tony soon began climbing the ladder, progressing through Security operations as a supervisor and on to training. Completing the Sia security train- the - trainer programme and the many varying security courses linked with years of experience  has positioned Tony amongst the elite of trainers in the industry.

 

Tony also undertook a full first aid trainer course and has attended the University of Huddersfield and graduated with a Certificate in Education in 2007 qualifying him to teach in the Further Education sector. Tony is married with two grown up children and lives in Kippax near Leeds, West Yorkshire with his wife Begum who works in the N.H.S.
