1. Financial Terms

​

Payment terms

1.1 Training Courses and Consultancy Fees.

 

1.2 Graham Howard Consulting Limited shall invoice clients for any course fee immediately on   

      completion of the course delivery or as otherwise set out in the quotation.

​

1.3 The Client shall pay the course fee within 30 days of the date of the Invoice unless otherwise

      set out in the quotation, or agreed in writing between the parties.

 

1.4 Should more individuals attend a course than the number of delegates set out in the

      quotation, Graham Howard Consulting Limited may (at its sole discretion):

​

(a) Not allow those individuals to attend the course. (A maximum of eight (8) delegates per course unless prior arrangement   

     between both parties have been agreed.)

(b) Invoice the Client on a pro-rata basis for the additional delegates unless prior arrangement between both parties have

     been agreed.

​

1.5 The Client shall pay the invoice within 30 days of invoice date.

​

1.6 The client agrees that should the invoice not be paid within the agreed terms a late payment surcharge will be due as follows:

(a) 1 to 30 days overdue, a late payment surcharge of 5% of the invoice shall be added.

(b) 31 to 60 days and over a late payment surcharge of 10% of the invoice shall be added for each 30 days overdue         

     thereafter.

 

2. CERTIFICATION

 

2.1 Certificates will be issued to the client upon payment in full of the invoice.

 

2.2 Certificates for nationally accredited courses will be issued as official hard copies as supplied by the appropriate issuing

      authority.

2.3 All other certificates will be issued in electronic format (pdf) in accordance with 2.1 above.

 

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
